Used Vehicle Imports

The July 2026 report on Luxembourg's used vehicle imports reveals a total of 12,199 cars imported year-to-date, reflecting a 5.4% decrease compared to the previous year. In July alone, 1,828 cars were imported, marking an 8.5% increase from June. Germany leads as the top country of origin with 987 imports, followed by Belgium and France. BMW is the most imported brand, while the Golf is the top model. The majority of vehicles are owned by private individuals (87%), with petrol engines dominating the market at 46.8%.
